How to Measure Your Wrist for the Perfect Cuff Fit

Measure Your Wrist

  • Use tailors tape to measure around your wrist just above the wrist bone (closer to your hand).
  • If you don’t have a tailors tape, use a strip of paper, string, or ribbon, wrap it snugly around your wrist, and then measure it against a ruler.

Choosing Your Fit

  • Cuff bracelets have an adjustable opening that typically varies between 1/2–1 inch.
  • Your wrist circumference will likely fall into two cuff size ranges. If you prefer a wider opening, select the larger size. If you prefer a snug fit and/or a smaller opening, choose the smaller size.

A Few Tips

  • Smaller wrist sizes often feel more comfortable with a smaller opening, opting for the smaller of the two sizes, while larger wrist sizes may prefer a slightly larger opening.
  • When you receive your cuff, you can adjust the opening width once to your preference. Avoid repeated adjustments after that, as this can alter its shape and weaken the metal over time, potentially causing it to crack.
